COMERIO ERCOLE usually has been

designing machines/lines on a 3D plat-

form for a long time. The follow step

was to integrate the whole 3D model on

a virtual reality platform. With dedicated

rendering operations, the company com-

piles a virtual 3D model in a virtual sys-

tem simulator. Comerio Ercole new dedi-

cated training center 4.0 has a very high

performance workstation with special VR

glasses and sensors and they are able to

“visit” the lines months before construc-

tion. The perception is a complete im-

mersion in a virtual world. Main benefits
