Total Production Control

In the manufacturing sector, an increase

in profits stems from production optimi-

zation. In order to achieve this result,

developed dedicated solutions to

get an accurate and real-time analysis of

your production floor:

• “LIVE CONTROL - BLACK BOX”: a PLC

based system for the collection of pro-

cess parameters and for data export to

any other third party software.

• "LIVE CONTROL – DATA ANALYSIS":

expressly developed for plastic extrusion

and cable manufacturing lines, is an ad-

vanced management software complete

with graphic interface, allowing to col-

lect, store and analyze all production da-

ta, complete with enhanced reporting

capabilities.

All data collected from LIVE CONTROL

can be shared with ERP / MRP to be fur-

ther analyzed, so as to gain multiple ad-

vantages such as: • Increased product

traceability, • Increased product quality,

• Optimization of the manufacturing pro-

cess, • Reduction of the downtime of the

line, • Increased efficiency of raw materi-

al management (waste and overstock re-

Bei maschinenbezogenen Fördersyste-

men ist jeder Verarbeitungsmaschine ei-

ne Förderleitung zugeordnet. Die Anbin-

dung der Rohrleitungen an die verschie-

denen Materialquellen erfolgt über

Kupplungsstationen, die einen einfachen

und flexiblen Materialwechsel ermögli-

chen. Allerdings ist das manuelle Um-

stecken uncodierter Kupplungen eine la-

tente Fehlerquelle – mit teuren Folgen,

falls an eine Maschine das falsche Mate-

rial gefördert wird.

dem Schutz vor Kupplungsfehlern sind

codierte Kupplungsstationen häufig er-

forderlich, wenn Nachweise für die Ma-

terialrückverfolgung, die Validierung

lungshalter auf dem Kupplungstisch gut

sichtbar beschriften. Die Deckel der

Kupplungen öffnen mit Federkraft, die

Als codierte Ausführung METROCON-

NECT C ist das Kupplungssystem mit der

RFID-Technik ausgestattet. RFID steht für

Radio Frequency Identification, ein kon-

taktloses Identifikationsverfahren. RFID-

Systeme bestehen aus einem Datenspei-

cher (auch als Transponder oder „Tag“

bezeichnet) sowie einem Lese-/Schreib-

gerät (Sensor). Die Systeme arbeiten mit

schwachen elektromagnetischen Wellen,

die vom Lesegerät abgestrahlt werden.

Sobald sich der Transponder im Emp-

fangsbereich des Lesegeräts befindet,

startet eine wechselseitige Kommunika-

tion.
