The expansion of the Pawcatuck site

reinforces the company’s commitment to

Davis-Standard announced that it has

reached agreement to acquire Maillefer

International Oy of Vantaa, Finland and

Ecublens, Switzerland. Maillefer is a glo-

bal leader in wire, cable, pipe and tube

production technologies.
