Wurms Diversified Solutions, a trusted contract manufacturer of wood, plastic and seamless vinyl upholstery components and subassemblies, and Creative Plastics International, a specialized thermoformed and pressure formed component fabricator, announced the successful completion of a merger effective July 1, 2025. Its customers will have access to an expanded set of capacity, while continuing to benefit from its steadfast commitment to high-quality services and support. This merger creates a combined entity characterized by 135 years of manufacturing excellence with 50+ employees spread across 145,000 square feet in locations in Jackson Center and New Washington, Ohio. The new company will continue to operate under the trusted and familiar management of the Wurm family.

The Wurm family also thermoforms plastic components under separate entity Wurms Diversified Solutions, established 1947. Integrating Creative Plastics International into Wurms Diversified Solutions will form a stronger business, drive further growth, spur innovation and improve efficiency thereby creating more value for our customers.”

- WOOD FABRICATION: 3 axis CNC precision cutting, milling & carving, 3D membrane pressing, edge banding, fastener installation and value added assembly
- PLASTIC FABRICATION: thermoforming, 5 axis CNC trimming, 3 axis CNC precision cutting, in house tool building & 3D print farming
- UPHOLSTERY FABRICATION: Thermoforming of seamless vinyl covers and assembly of seamless vinyl pads and cushions
GR Golf (DBA) – a specialized division providing seamless vinyl covers and cushion assemblies for golf carts.
