Union Officine Meccaniche informs that during the weeks 29/2019 - 30/2019, in the factory in San Vittore Olona (MI), the company is to carry out the test run of a A-B-A type co-extrusion line for the production of PC+PC UV rigid sheet, useful width 2050 mm, thicknesses from 1 to 12 mm, output 700 kg/h.
This is a latest generation line both as regards mechanical and managemet features. The calender has a horizontal
configuration, with a tilting detaching roll, gearboxes connected directly to the rolls and automatic closing with servo-controlled valves, in order to have a high quality product:
Single screw extruder TR 130/44D with double high vacuum degassing + continuous screen changer + horizontal calender + film lamination + cutting unit at saws with dust suction device + 'ventosa' type staccino device.
- Single screw extruder TR 50/35 for PC UV.
- Useful sheet width 2050 mm.
- Minimun thickness 1 mm.
- Maximum thickness 12 mm.
