With WARP 125, the company sets another milestone in inline measurement technology for pipe production, offering customers cost-effective access to state-of-the- art radar technology. With throughput up to 100 kg/h, the new twin-screw extruder brings lab-grade process understanding into pilot-scale production, enabling users to validate process parameters and produce relevant quantities under realistic conditions. “From small-batch production to process transfer, the expectation remains the same: data must be trustworthy,” says André Kayser, Product Manager at Anton Paar. “Build- ing on Anton Paar’s expertise in lab-scale extrusion, Twin- Lab B-TSE-S 30/40 translates this measurement mindset to pilot scale, combining transparent process data with higher throughput.” The most compact extruder in its class, TwinLab B-TSE- S 30/40 features an integrated drive for use in tight pilot environments without compromising performance.
