SIKORA is once again among the 500 World Market Leader Champions in the German-speaking economic area in 2026. This is the conclusion reached by the University of St. Gallen in cooperation with WirtschaftsWoche magazine and the Academy of German World Market Leaders (ADWM). The Bremen-based company specializes in the manufacture of innovative measurement, control, and sorting technology and, since June of this year, has been part of the MAAG Group, a leading international group of companies for integrated solutions in plastics processing and part of the Dover Corporation.
SIKORA has been an integral part of the renowned ranking of global market leaders published annually by WirtschaftsWoche since 2016. The award is based on scientifically sound criteria: only companies that are global leaders in their respective market segments – i.e., ranked first or second – and generate annual sales of at least €50 million are considered. At least half of this turnover must also come from foreign markets on at least three continents. The evaluation is based exclusively on officially available company data, such as published annual financial statements or financial reports of listed companies.

About the global market leader ranking
The “Global Market Leader – Champions” ranking is compiled annually by the University of St. Gallen in cooperation with WirtschaftsWoche magazine and the Academy of German Global Market Leaders. It lists around 500 companies from the German-speaking economic area that are global leaders in their markets.
