Bandera is set to showcase its line, Techno FleX® PO5, during an open house event at the House of Extrusion® from January 22nd to 26th, 2024. This event is a golden opportunity for industry professionals and enthusiasts to witness the prowess of Technoflex PO5, a state-of-the-art extrusion line designed to meet the evolving needs of the packaging industry.
The Techno FleX® PO5 boasts a sophisticated configuration aimed at maximizing efficiency and versatility in film production. Key components include:
- 4+4+4+4+4-component Gravimetric Dosing System: Modular system to ensure precise material dosing, contributing to the quality and consistency of the produced films.
- Extruders of various diameters: a core extruder with a diameter of 85 mm (3.3”), alongside four extruders with diameters of 65 mm (2,5”) each. This combination provides flexibility in processing a wide range of materials.
- 5-Layer co-extrusion die head: with a diameter of 300 mm (11,8”), enables the production of multi-layer films. The Internal Bubble Cooling (IBC) is managed by the unique pessmetric control that allows perfect uniformity in film width.
- High-Efficiency Double Flow Cooling Ring: Designed for optimal cooling performance, the double flow cooling ring ensures a quick and uniform extrusion of the film.
- Automatic Film Thickness Control: This feature guarantees precision in film thickness, a critical factor in meeting the specific requirements of diverse packaging applications.
- Flattening and Gusseting Devices: These components contribute to the overall quality and appearance of the film, providing the necessary features for different packaging needs.
- Calibration Cages and Oscillating Haul-off: The inclusion of calibration cages and an oscillating haul-off with a roller width of 1800 mm (70.8”) ensures accurate film dimensions and stability during the production process.
- Extruder Regranulator System Trim FleX®: Innovative twin screw counter rotating system to regranulating extruded material, contributing to a more circular economy.
- Two-Station Face-to-Face Winder: supports contact, Gap and combined winding modes, offering versatility in packaging formats. The automatic reel extraction further streamlines the production process.
- Complete Tower Frame and raceways
- HMI Line Control – ANY MA®: The Human-Machine Interface (HMI) line control, powered by ANY MA®, offers user-friendly control and monitoring, enhancing operational efficiency.
