Product launch iNOEX Warp Gauge

Product launch iNOEX Warp Gauge

News 10.05.2023

The WARP GAUGE will be launched during the iNOEX focus week Industrial Packaging, which will take place from 08-12 May 2023. In addition to the product launch, a wide range of information and application examples as well as an exclusive white paper will be published.

Industrial Packaging
Industrial Packaging

The overall term Industrial Packaging combines a wide variety of applications (such as barrels, liners, IBC containers, canisters) and manufacturing processes (such as blow molding, rotomolding and extrusion). Sustainability, reduced material consumption, increasing quality demands and the greatest possible process automation are key criteria to be met by manufacturers.

State-of-the-art radar technology from iNOEX is the solution for increasing material savings potential and reducing destructive quality control steps. Use cases, customer references and brand-new video material will be published during week 19.

The WARP GAUGE can be used for contactless, non-destructive wall thickness measurement for the blow molding market. For part measurement, the WARP GAUGE sensor, which can be used stand-alone, can be used in combination with simple kinematics to measure the blow-molded part fully automatically after demolding. The sensor is guided vertically to the part surface and a grid of measuring points is generated depending on the measuring frequency and speed of movement.

The WARP GAUGE sensor for melt measurement can also be integrated directly into the blow-molding system and already provide measurement data during the extrusion of continuously produced melt hoses. Due to the small size of the WARP GAUGE sensor, it can be flexibly integrated into the line depending on the process control and component geometry.

The iNOEX white paper, which will be published at the end of the focus week, also contains application examples, technologies, best practices, challenges and solutions for the various Industrial Packaging applications. The customer references show how this can be implemented in practice.

You can follow exciting insights into the latest developments and innovations in measurement technology from iNOEX on our LinkedIn account and website. You can also download our exclusive whitepaper.
