Thanks to company’s decades of experience in the field of plastic extrusion lines, the new TGD 300 cutting unit cuts precisely and without leaving any residue on the profile, which does not require any further finishing.
The machine has the following important features:
- Front opening door equipped with safety micros;
- The special circular blade of Ø 300 without toothing for a clean cut;
- The steel support (carrying the gear motor with blade) slides transversally by means of linear guides and ball bearings slides;
- Position magnetostrictive transducer for precise control of the cutting range;
- Pressure and flow regulators located on the pneumatic cylinders;
- Adjustable vertical guide rollers at the cutting unit entrance;
It’s possible to add a motorised extraction belt for soft profiles and a supplementary fastening belt supports to the cutting system carriage.
