On 20 April, DOMO closed the divestiture of its Film Solutions business to JPF Italy S.p.A., an affiliated company of Jindal Films Europe.
“Jindal has been a professional partner in this transaction and is committed to the future success of the business,” said Yves Bonte, CEO at DOMO Chemicals. “We highly appreciate the tremendous efforts to realize the closing of the deal in such a fast and decisive manner. We wish the Film Solutions team much success for the future.”
On December 21, 2020 DOMO and Jindal Films Europe had signed a sale and purchase agreement for the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in Italy-based nylon film specialist DOMO Films Solutions S.p.A. from private owned group DOMO Chemicals.
