Leistritz is supplying a ZSE 180 MAXX - 32D extruder for Brückner's world's largest BOPP film line with a 12-meter film width.
Brückner Maschinenbau is the global market leader in lines for stretched films (BO technology). Brückner offers the most technologically advanced lines for packaging and technical films, expertise and unique facilities in the areas of R&D, market and feasibility studies, as well as long service life and availability of the lines thanks to comprehensive after-sales service. Applications range from high-performance packaging films such as high-barrier films and synthetic paper to technical applications such as capacitor films and battery separator films.
As one of the leading technology providers of twin screw extruders and extrusion systems, Leistritz is consolidating its partnership with Brückner Maschinenbau through regular deliveries of twin screw extruders. Since 2022, over 60 main machines of the sizes ZSE 135 MAXX, ZSE 160 MAXX, and ZSE 180 MAXX have been delivered to Brückner. This development reflects the continuous expansion and innovative strength of the cooperation. The extruders are used in a wide range of applications, which are also constantly being developed and expanded. In addition to the use of twin screw extruders for battery separator films, cooperation is growing, particularly in the areas of BOPP and BOPET films. Several systems are already in operation or under construction here.
