Plastic distributors Bamberger Polymers and Amco Polymers Merge
Bamberger Polymers and Amco Polymers are joining forces in a merger – Bamberger Amco Polymers. The formation of Bamberger Amco Polymers is a significant step towards combining the strengths and expertise of two well-established polymer distribution businesses.
For over 50 years, Bamberger Polymers has been an international distributor of thermoplastics resins partnering with the world’s leading resin suppliers providing a wide material portfolio of commodity and engineering resins, both branded and private label of plastics materials in the industry. Amco Polymers has been active in plastic distribution and compounding partnering with the leading resin suppliers for over 60 years.
In the coming months, Bamberher Polymers will update its brand representation in the market with this new name and a new logo. The company realizes that changing its name, logo and identity is a process that can involve many steps and take some time, so this will be gradual.
Business operations will remain “business as usual” for Bamberger and Amco until full integration into Bamberger Amco Polymers occurs in March 2024.
