TricorBraun acquires Australian plastic packaging firm Plas-Pak WA
TricorBraun has announced the acquisition of Perth, Australia-based plastic packaging manufacturer Plas-Pak WA for an undisclosed sum. Plas-Pak WA has a wide range of plastic packaging components, serving the clients from various industries in Australia and New Zealand. Plas-Pak WA is known as a reputable player in the plastic packaging industry.

The transition is effective immediately. TricorBraun had already established its presence in the region through the acquisitions of Cormack Packaging in 2021 and PB Packaging in 2022.
